Here at Pit Lane Fan Club we are inspired by a different era of interaction. Since we are newer to the Motorsports world we have drawn on this incredible post from a Formula 1 & Ayrton Senna fan named Ronald Oooms. He shared this epic piece of fan history. At PLFC we miss this era, when fans would spend time crafting the perfect letter to their idols in sports and entertainment in hopes of MAYBE just MAYBE hearing back. Checking the mailbox each day to see if anything would ever return. In Ronald's case he got this incredible note back ON Ayrton Senna letterhead with NOT 1 but 2 dope time period stickers. 

 

 

This is the vibe we're striving for here, FUN, COLORFUL, FAN FORWARD items and interaction. Just know here at PLFC we're fans just like you. Right now this is a small rag tag group, working on fun ideas for you to showcase your fandom for your favorite drivers. Everything we put out is probably something we've been thinking about and secretly working on for months. We love Carlos Sainz as much as you do and the Bromances he's been a part of for the last decade have made us smile and brought us joy and sadness and more joy. E.P. that works here is the same age as Lewis Hamilton (by a week) and his knees hurt and back hurts, so he always wonders how Lewis continues to get in that car week after week and put his body through hell. So we're also PULLING for the "Old Guys" on the grid like Sir Lewis and Fernando. They've been entertaining us all for 20+ years and deserve their flowers. Whether you LOVE or HATE them you can't deny their GREATNESS and that Lewis is still on the hunt for ONE MORE CHAMPIONSHIP (Now in RED)!!!
